We are seeking an experienced and team-oriented Maintenance Technician with a strong background in industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in routine inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial manufacturing equipment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Routine inspections and maintenance on the following large-scale equipment: air compressors, forklifts,
  tractors, pneumatic banders, band saws of various sizes and brands, welding machines, ariel lifts, plate
  shear, plate roll, press break, and in-house paint booth & wash system (electrostatic paint gun
  experience a plus).
• Assist with troubleshooting/repairs on CNC machines, including plasma, oxy fuel, tube laser, and
  robotic plasma systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting/repairs on cranes of various sizes and brands, including large dual gantry
  overhead cranes, multiple jib cranes, chains, slings and hooks, and spreader bars and shackles.
• Monitor machines’ performance and output, making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• Technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Familiarity with CNC controls and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and address machine issues.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members and convey information effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow safety guidelines strictly.
